A soft, non super wash, woolly wool from the highlands of Peru in a 4ply / sport weight. Lovely to knit, and great for colourwork, shawls and garments.
I knit an Erysimum Shawl by Celine Feyten using 3 shades of Fine – 2 balls each of Fawn and Mocha and 3 balls of Duck Egg… this shawl would also look wonderful using Mustard or Amaranth pink.
If you like Hjertegarn yarns – how about Armonia, a soft merino sock yarn that is also a good choice for shawls
