Killer Queen Cowl designed by Mary Annarella and knitted in Malabrigo Rios – What a fabulous, fun knit! Interesting textures and stitches I’ve never worked before to create a big, squishy cowl..
If you have already knit a Shift Cowl by Andrea Mowry, you will recognise the truncated triangular shape that is seamed at the back to create a cosy neck warmer.. this version is bigger as Rios is a worsted weight yarn, its also super soft and an absolute delight to knit!
This class and cowl is suitable for intermediate knitters, – we will be dropping stitches, knitting elongated stitches and passing them over, basically trying to some new and interesting techniques to create a fab cowl that will make a wonderful gift.
This class includes the pattern and yarn.. you will need to supply the needles. If you have a Ravelry account, please let me know your username.
