New to Hoop this summer – Crealino from Lang Yarns – 100% linen thread
I have to be honest, this isn’t the easiest yarn to knit as it’s rather like string, but when the resulting garment is washed and blocked it creates the most beautiful swingy, drapey fabric.. a summer garment that is an absolute joy to wear!
I have garment 276-63 Boxy lace sweater knit in the raspberry red.. in L/XL this pattern used 8 skeins not 7.
If you don’t want to knit a garment, have you seen the Florence bag by Petite Knit? A cute little summer bag that’s knit in the round using 3 strands of thread held together.
This yarn is considered a DK weight yarn, but as it is a string it is very adaptable.
