Morning knitting friends 😊👋 we actually managed to go outside this morning to take this pic and it’s not freezing/foggy/pouring! 🥳 it makes such a difference to my mood and I’m sure I’m not alone in struggling through the dark days of January..I’m currently looking for signs of Spring everywhere! When I opened a delivery from BC Garn earlier this week, I was very pleased to see a restock of my favourite Springy shades in Bio Shetland and I have lots of Spring Summer yarn on the way.
Shop is open as normal this week if you need knitting to get you through the winter xx

Really sorry guys but my Crimbo limbo knit and natter is postponed till next Saturday 4th.. my boys and dog are still here so I’ve got no room at the inn!

I didn’t this year but I have such a huge stash that’s not a problem as you can see from my Boxing Day hiberknitalong shawl.. this is the start of Westknits Aurora Cabin shawl and I’m using @west_green_loft_yarns_studio @olannhandmade @pigment.and.ply @thecamelsyarn and @litlg .. there’s something to be said for always buying the same shades of yarn!! 😬😆

the hood is knitted in Lang yarns Carpe Diem, a really soft blend of merino and alpaca in a Aran/ chunky weight and I’m pleased to say I have the yarn in stock for this project in 4 neutral shades to start but I’m happy to order any colour.. it’s online now 😊

This is a Schoppel Wolle design using their latest yarn Wool Sisters, which is pre felted roving with really saturated colours and is an actual dream to crochet! 💕
